Tentei remover e adicionar o cartão, consigo normalmente comprar pelo iTunes, porém ele diz no iPhone que como é a primeira compra em um aparelho novo precisa autorizar, não to conseguindo de jeito maneira, mandei um email pra Apple e responderam isso:
Dear Pedro,
I understand that you have been receiving an error message when attempting to verify your billing information on your iPhone. I can certainly appreciate your desire to get this resolved. My name is Cato and I would be more than happy to help you out with this today.
In order to fix this problem, Pedro, we are going to need to completely remove the credit card information using your device and then add it back on the same device. Here is a set of simple instructions that will show you how to get the credit card removed from your account using your iPhone:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Scroll down and select "Store"
3. Select "View Account"
4. You will see a prompt telling you that you need to sign in. Hit Continue and enter your account name and password in the next window that pops up.
5. Select the section that shows what credit card you have on file
6. You will be brought to a screen that shows your credit card information and your billing information. Tap the Credit Card and set it to "None"
7. Hit Done.
Once the credit card information is removed, follow these simple steps to add the credit card back to the account using your iPhone:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Scroll down and select "Store"
3. Select "View Account"
4. You will see a prompt telling you that you need to sign in. Hit Continue and enter your account name and password in the next window that pops up.
5. Select the section that shows what credit card you have on file
6. You will be brought to a screen that shows your credit card information and your billing information. Tap whichever option your credit card is (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
7. This will then open up the option to add your credit card number, security code and expiration month and date. Fill out the information and hit Done.
Should you continue to experience difficulty after following these steps, or if you encounter an error message when removing your credit card information, please reply to this email and provide the following information:
- the billing address listed on the account
- permission to reset your iTunes Store account's password
- the last four digits of the credit card used for your iTunes Store account
Upon receiving your response, the iTunes Store will verify your billing address, reset your password, and test your account. You will then receive an email with your new password and further instructions.
