Yes, basically. You can see screen shots, which basically show off everything, here - http://moviesapp.com/currency/
The data is taken from the University of British Columbia Saunder School of Business website. I wouldn't trust the data with my life, but it is fairly accurate (of course, if you are a casual person traveling on vacation or business and need to make a currency exchange at the airport, you will be paying fees anyway -- so everything should be taken as an estimate).
I've had people translate it into other languages in like 20 minutes, and I don't even know if it will take that long -- it depends on how fast you can translate.
Here is all that I need translated:
http://moviesapp.com/currency/Localization.txt
The left hand side should remain in English and the right and side should be translated to Portuguese.
Also, I'm not sure if word for word literal translations would be appropriate, so use your best judgment (for example, "Master Currency" - you can see how it is used in the screen shots to get a feeling for what that should translate that to, some people felt it best to use the translation of "Primary Currency" instead, etc).
If you can translate it, I thank you in advance. Also, please save it as a text file, and e-mail it to me as an attachment at jagrossm[@]andrew.cmu.edu (my e-mail doesn't always recognize the special characters properly if it's not saved as an attachment).
