Galera o macbook desde quando troquei a ram para 8gb fica trancando, já fiz os testes de memória pelo mac mesmo e nada foi reportado, eu não sei se resolve eu colocar o relatório do erro aqui mas por via das dúvidas publico logo abaixo, se alguém puder me ajudar agradeço desde já.
